Q: How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy:
- Browse and select the product range of your choice.
- Click on SHOP NOW.
- Tap ADD TO BAG for the items you'd like to purchase.
- Hit PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
- Fill in your delivery details.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Confirm your order and you're done!

Q: Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes! Simply enter your preferred shipping address separately from your billing address during checkout.
Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed?
- For prepaid orders, confirmation is automatically reflected in the My Account section.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may receive a call or email to confirm your order before it's processed.
Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account to enjoy faster checkouts, exclusive benefits, and the ability to rate and review products.
Q: Can I order a product that is out of stock?
Products marked as "Out of Stock" are temporarily unavailable. If you'd like to be notified when it's back, click on ‘Notify Me’ on the product page and enter your registered email address (must be signed into your account).
PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Q: Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Forest Essentials?
Absolutely. Our site uses SSL encryption and secure data protocols to protect your information. All transactions are processed in real-time through secure payment gateways. Look for the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar for confirmation.
Q: Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be rejected due to:
- Invalid card or banking details
- Insufficient balance
- Technical issues

Q: Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, modifications aren’t possible after an order is placed. If needed, you can cancel the order and place a new one with the updated items.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Q: What is COD?
Cash on Delivery allows you to pay in cash when your order arrives. It’s only available in Indian Rupees.
Q: How do I use COD?
COD is available for orders but some extra charges you have to pay. Use the pin code checker at checkout to verify availability in your area.
Q: Is COD available for all delivery areas?
Not all areas support COD. You can confirm availability using our pin code tool during checkout.
GIFT VOUCHERS & PROMO CODES
Q: How can I use a gift voucher or promo code?
During checkout, enter your Gift Voucher/Promotional Code in the designated field. The applicable discount will be applied to your order total before you complete the payment.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: How does delivery work?
We ship through reputed courier services. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. Use these to track your order on the courier’s website.
Q: Where do you ship?
Domestic Shipping:
- We ship across India.
International Shipping:
- We ship to several countries.
- Orders INR 15,999 and above qualify for free international shipping.
- Orders below INR 15,999 incur a flat charge of INR 2,500.
- Customs duties/taxes must be borne by the customer. These vary by country and are not included in our shipping fees.
Note: Please ensure that products ordered comply with the import laws of your country.
Q: How do I track my order?
Track your order through the My Account section using the tracking ID provided via email. We dispatch:
- Domestic orders: Within 24 hours
- International orders: Within 36–48 hours (subject to local regulations)
Q: How is my order packaged?
We take great care in packaging your order. Each item is securely wrapped and packed in sturdy cartons. Fragile items receive extra protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Q: How can I cancel an order?
To cancel, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing care@triedntrue.in or calling 8160335422 ( 10:00 AM–5:00 PM IST).
Q: When and how will I get my refund?
For unshipped prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 24 hours of cancellation and typically reflect in your account within 10 business days (as per your bank's guidelines). For delivered orders, refunds are subject to eligibility under our Returns and Refunds Policy.
DELIVERY CONCERNS
Q: When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order promptly. However, due to external factors (like restricted areas or lockdowns), some delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed throughout.
Q: What if I receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order?
Please report any such issues to our Customer Care within:
- 7 business days for general concerns
- 2 business days for tampered or open packaging (include photos, if applicable)
We’ll resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
