1. Return Policy
Our products fall under a hygiene-sensitive category and are therefore non-returnable, except in the following cases:
- The product was damaged during transit
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- An incorrect product was delivered
To request a return, please email us at care@triedntrue.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with:
- Clear images of the outer packaging
- Images of the product received
- Order details
Failure to notify us within 48 hours may result in the request being declined.
Important Conditions:
- Products must be unused and in original condition.
- The original packaging, seal, and labels must be intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for used products, opened packaging, or tampered seals.
- Returns based on individual preference, change of mind, or personal skin reactions are not eligible.
- All approved returns are subject to verification upon receipt.
2. Refund Policy
If a return request is approved after verification:
- You may choose either a replacement or refund.
- Refunds will be processed as follows:
Online Payments:
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account within 14 working days after receipt and verification of returned product.
Refund timelines may vary depending on banking channels.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- To request cancellation, please email us at care@triedntrue.in as soon as possible after placing the order.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Please note that orders may be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on operational timelines. We recommend contacting us promptly for cancellation requests.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
For COD orders:
- Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future COD services.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
